At the helm of Wyn Wyn is Executive Chef Amado Rodriguez, who brings more than 10 years of experience leading culinary teams in the high-end hospitality world to his role at Arlo Wynwood.

With a passion for developing and launching innovative food and beverage concepts, Rodriguez has proven both his creative and operational chops at renowned destinations including Gekkō, The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Hilton Aventura, JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, and Loews Miami Beach.

Known for mentoring talent and pushing culinary boundaries, Rodriguez prioritizes team collaboration in the kitchen. As a favorite with guests, he is committed to delivering forward-thinking menus and exceptional experiences for diners at every service.

When not in the kitchen, Chef Rodriguez enjoys playing the guitar, trying new beer from his friend’s Miami brewery, The Tank Brewing Co., and traveling. Here in Florida, he enjoys hikes in the Everglades, and he lives in Hialeah.
